| How do I order? |
Please e-mail or fax us a Purchase Order (PO) in any format containing the
following information:
- Your Company Name or your name and contact info
- Manufacture Part Number and/or Model Number
- Quantity and unit price
- Exact shipping address with contact name, phone number and postal codes
Once we have this information we will e-mail you a Pro Forma Invoice (Sales
Order). We will reserve the items for 5 business days - long enough for a
wire transfer to be received. |

| What are the payment terms? |
LaptopPlaza does not accept credit cards. Domestic orders are shipped COD.
International orders must be pre paid via wire transfer. Wire instructions
will be included with your Pro Forma Invoice (Sales Order). |

| How do you ship? |
We ship by FedEx unless requested otherwise. Shipping fees vary on quantity
and destination. Shipping price will be quoted once we receive a Purchase
Order. |

| Do you drop ship ? |
Yes, we do. All drop ships must be prepaid by wire transfer unless we have a
credit application on file. Please submit your trade references to establish
a non prepay drop ship account. |
